Remember the freezer should be at maximum temperature & the ice-cream is made in air tight box. Doing so will help keep the texture of the ice cream soft and creamy while it sets. Taste the chickoo milk to adjust the sweetness. In a bowl, combine Nestl MILKMAID, fresh cream and chikoo puree. Add the chikoo pulp and using a mixer, whisk it for 1 minute until all the ingredients are incorporated.Remove from freezer 5 mins before serving. When chikoo are tender, leave it to cool. Add sugar and gelatin powder and cook on low flame. Add some chopped pieces of chikoos to each mould.
